How do nudges work?

ActuallyDoIt uses local notifications and Live Activities to remind you about your tasks based on the schedules and nudge times you set. Everything is scheduled on your device — make sure notifications are enabled for the app in Settings → Notifications.

Where is my data stored?

All of your tasks and settings are stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do tips work?

The Tip Jar lets you support development through Apple's in-app purchase system. Tips are completely optional and don't unlock features — they're just a way to say thanks. Purchases are handled securely by Apple.

I'm not receiving notifications

Check that notifications are allowed for ActuallyDoIt in the iOS Settings app, that Focus/Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them, and that you've set nudge times for your tasks. If problems persist, email us and we'll help troubleshoot.
